In anticipation of St. Patty's Day, the Playa Vista Farmers' Market will host a family-friendly Crafting Kraut Demo! You'll learn how to make sauerkraut on your own terms and at home! Get the basics like what materials, ingredients, and the process for your fermenting future. This workshop is appropriate for all ages and all cooking backgrounds.

Our demo leader, and Marker Manager, Aubrey, will take it beyond just cabbage and share all the ways in which you can mix and match your ferments, resulting in funky colors and additional health benefits! It's the perfect time to bulk shop your cabbage, get your canning cans out, and your aprons on!
